Documents you'll need

For Currency Exchange

  • PAN card (mandatory for currency exchange)
  • Aadhaar card or valid photo ID
  • Passport & visa/air ticket (for foreign travel exchange)

For Western Union Pickup

  • Valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence)
  • Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) from the sender
  • Sender's name exactly as sent, for verification
